His duties at Baruch and Phareex Nigeria Limited include (but are not limited to); sourcing and securing sponsorship deals, the development of incentive programs, carrying out market research, managing relationships with advertising agencies and other partners, evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns, performing all relevant administrative tasks, providing customers with after sales support, etc. He possesses in-depth understanding of marketing terminologies and techniques, excellent follow-up skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional negotiation skills, comprehensive understanding of social media and how to use it in marketing campaigns.

Mr. Onoja has managed various stages of residential and commercial construction projects involving over 15 sub-contractors and a total of 67 workers. He ensures cost control/process improvement by putting in place new home building processes via re-engineering supply chain and warehousing products by effectively adapting to new building code change. He is proficient in Cross-Functional Leadership, Key Relationship Building, Cash-Flow Analysis, Budgeting/Forecasting, and Cost Engineering. With these competencies, he is properly positioned to oversee the provision of quality real estate solutions to all and sundry.

The HR/Operations is primarily responsible for the following duties; employment, development, compensation, integration, and maintenance of personnel of the company.

Legal/Accounting Officer

Responsible for all legal and accounting functions.

Secretary/Administrative Officer

He makes arrangements for meetings, including Annual General Meetings, and keeps formal records of the company’s processes and decisions. It’s also the job of the secretary to keep the minutes of meetings

Senior Marketing Officer/Lead

Responsible for all marketing (advertising and promotion) activities in the company.

Responsible for designing, building, and maintenance of company structures

Quantity Surveyors

They are responsible for calculating the amount of materials needed for building work, and how much they will cost


They examine the condition of land and buildings professionally.

Store Keepers

They keep records of stock and restock the store accordingly.
